Alexandre Lamblot is the next generation of winemakers to watch in Champagne he works sustainably in his vineyards. On the nose this is a very vinous Champagne, almost Burgundian like, with candied lemon, florals and a hint of freshly roasted hazelnuts. The palate is wonderful with a beautiful intensity and lovely sapidity, with notes of crushed camomile, lemon peel and baked orchard fruits.

This 2019-vintage is a delicate and organic pink rose which has aromas of strawberry and white florals on the nose. On the palate there is rosehip and pink grapefruit notes, followed by a dry finish. A perfect aperitif.
