Alexandre Lamblot is the next generation of winemakers to watch in Champagne he works sustainably in his vineyards. On the nose this is a very vinous Champagne, almost Burgundian like, with candied lemon, florals and a hint of freshly roasted hazelnuts. The palate is wonderful with a beautiful intensity and lovely sapidity, with notes of crushed camomile, lemon peel and baked orchard fruits.

This is an elegant champagne with white flowers, green apple and a delicious honey blossom toasty aroma that works wonderfully with sushi.

Nuance de Noirs is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from the family-owned domaine in Ay which has a lovely lifted freshness but behind lies notes of golden delicious apple, yellow plum and a hint of cranberry and rhubarb. This makes a delicious aperitif as we;ll as being a great pairing for heavier starters such as shellfish-based dishes.
